Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Site Agent (the "Service"), operated by Jhome Automation, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Site Agent lets you upload construction drawing sets (PDFs), automatically detects and quantifies elements in those drawings using AI-assisted vision analysis, and lets you review, edit, and export the resulting takeoff data. AI usage is metered via Jhome Tokens, a prepaid digital service credit — real AI-assisted actions (vision scans, AI assistant messages) draw down your token balance, and free actions (the placeholder detector, manual editing) do not. Jhome Tokens are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are usable only within Jhome Automation products.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may sign up and sign in using an email/password or a Google account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload content you don't have the right to upload; use the Service to violate any law; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use the Service to process drawings unrelated to legitimate construction takeoff purposes.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the drawings, sheets, and any other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Jhome Automation a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We don't claim ownership of your drawings or the takeoff data derived from them.

6. Page Credits & Billing

The Service uses a page-credit model: each sheet processed by the AI detection pipeline consumes one credit, and credits are refunded automatically if processing fails. Paid subscription tiers and credit purchases, once available, are subject to additional terms presented at time of purchase.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI-detected quantities are estimates intended to assist, not replace, professional judgment — you're responsible for verifying all detections and quantities before relying on them for bidding, purchasing, or construction decisions. We make no warranty that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jhome Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses resulting from inaccurate AI-detected quantities.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
