When you create an account, we collect your name and email address (or your Google account's name/email/profile info if you sign in with Google). When you use the Service, we store the construction drawings you upload, along with the sheets, detections, and quantities derived from them.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to operate your account, process your uploaded drawings into takeoff data, track page-credit usage, and improve the Service. We don't sell your information or your uploaded drawings to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third parties to provide the Service:

• Amazon Web Services (S3) — stores your uploaded drawings and the image tiles generated from them.
• Google — provides optional "Sign in with Google" authentication. If you use it, Google shares your name, email, and profile info with us.
• Anthropic — powers the AI vision analysis used to detect and quantify elements in your drawings.
• Stripe — will process payments once paid billing tiers launch (not yet in use).

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and uploaded content for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us — see below.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted storage and access controls — to protect your account and uploaded content. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
